2024 Election of Professional Members to Council

In 2024, Council seats in Peel and Toronto districts were scheduled to be filled by election. Additionally, a resignation led to the establishment of a by-election for the Ontario district.

A call went out for candidates and by the March 29 deadline, nominations had been received in each of the three districts. All eligible registrants had the opportunity to vote for the Ontario seat. The Peel seat was voted on only by eligible registrants in Peel. Both Toronto seats were filled by acclamation.

Online voting was held on May 7 & 8. Results will become official following the seven-day appeal period.
